Delivery & Returns

At Aurnia, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your furniture purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy to make your shopping experience hassle-free. Please review the following terms and conditions regarding delivery & returns:

1. Delivery:

  • We only deliver in Denmark in areas accessible by bridges.

  • Delivery is included.

  • Standard delivery time vary between 2-6 weeks, depending on the furniture item.

  • Several items comes with complimentary “white glove” delivery, meaning we will deliver, mount/assemble the items in your home and do a final quality inspection before we leave.

    • Items without “white glove” delivery: PB Sofa, Hemp Rugs, Wool Rugs, spare sofa covers.

  • Several items are in reusable packaging and some packaging will be taken taken with us to be reused in other orders.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.

  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of your purchase date to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  • Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) and include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Please clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchange Process:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired item is not available, we can issue a refund or provide store credit for future purchases.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service at hello@aurnia.dk immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the resolution process.

7. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including clearance merchandise and final sale items (unless still in original packaging and unopened).

8. Final Sale Items:

  • All clearance merchandise and items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

9. Manufacturer Warranties:

  • Some items may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the product documentation for details on warranty coverage and procedures for warranty claims.

10. Policy Modifications:

  • Aurnia Furniture reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
